We needed service on our garage door after one of the coil springs broke. Garage Door Repair Pros customer service focus on their website helped them stand out from their competitors, so I called them. Not only did I get a live person (after a brief navigation through their pleasant, automated phone system) on my first call, I also received a same day appointment. This was despite my 4pm call time. Wow, impressive. Mike was our service technician/installer; he was friendly, professional, and did a terrific job. With two toddlers at home, safety is important so we decided to have several items replaced that were old and worn. It was well worth it as the replacement parts now have our garage door operating smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend Garage Door Repair Pros. They provide great and timely customer service.

One of the springs on our ancient garage door broke yesterday noted last night, so we called Garage Door Repair Pros to replace both springs (as the other one is also over 25 years old). Mike came to day, and provided SUPERB service! Entirely professional and courteous/friendly, with no "up-selling". He replaced both springs, reattached the door, and even upgraded our sensors with sensors he had replaced at another house (which despite being used, were newer than ours), and when the door did not work he swapped out the switch to see if that was the culprit before simply "rebooting" the motor by unplugging and plugging. The end result is a perfectly functional door, fully lubricated, with somewhat upgraded components (and brand new springs) all for the cost of just the new springs! Mike is a gem, and Garage Door Repair Pros are definitely our "go to" company for any future garage door needs. It's always a real pleasure to experience excellent customer service in Silicon Valley in 2018, as it's getting to be hard to find

Our garage door broke earlier this week, upon hearing that the original company who did the work wouldn't be available for 2 days, we called Garage Door Repair Pros Service and they were out to our house within a couple hours. Sam was extremely professional, did excellent work and went above and beyond to give us some tips on how to care for the equipment. My garage door spring broke. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me an appt the same morning. Mike was very cordial and explained all my options. He explained the comprehensive package that included a new spring, brackets and 10 new rollers was the best deal. It also included a 7 year warranty. When he finished there was a problem with my door opener. The door kept stopping after moving a little bit. Mike diagnosed the problem. My opener's sensitivity dial was set to 0 so it would stop at the slightest thing. Mike fixed it and tested the door opener. It worked perfectly. Now my door is much quieter. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend and use them again.

We had Garage Door Repair Pros install our new Liftmaster Garage door opener to day by James Walker. James arrived on time and quickly completed the installation in under 60 minutes! James carefully ran the sensor wires to insure the wires were not visible and out of site. He explained the operations of the garage door opener and handed me the FOB controller and Owner's Manual. I called John Monday morning around 8:30 to replace my garage door opener. The work was finished by noon that day. How about that for speedy service. John is a really nice guy and completed the work to a high standard. He also provided a one piece track runner at no additional charge which he said worked better than the 5 piece Chamberlain one I had purchased. To top it off he hauled away my old unit and all the boxes the new one had come in. Now that's service!

The technician arrived within, at the end of the window estimated, about three hours after I called. He tried to upsell me. It was already an expensive unplanned expense on a tight budget, and an unplanned partial day off of work, and I don't think I needed it.
